manuel accidentially shot himself in the head saturday night. yesterday, his sister reached out to us becausher car was stolen, and inside was his football helmet that he loved and carried everywhere. a pet store in henderson says they're getting threatened, because of these pictures.. of what looks like a malnourished puppy that are all over social media. petland's corporate office sent us a statement saying the puppy is eating well and isn't showing any signs of health problems. but he is on the low end of the weight range. the vet who examined him says he's underweight, but not emaciated. we talked to breed experts who insist the puppy is grossly underweight and is not healthy. if you'd like to read the pull statement from petland on the dog. we posted it on our website. a family struggling to understand why they lost their year old little girl is now turning to the law for help. it's a story you'll only see on 13 action news. maxine zepeda-lopez's family says they're consulting a lawyer, because they believe something went wrong before her death. her mom says she came home with a stomach ache and neck pain last week. they took her to spring valley hospital where she was only prescribed nausea pills. hours later, they rushed her to umc... where doctors told them it was
